Unnamed EGA platformer project dump 2023-01

This is my incomplete entry to the DOS Games End Of Year Jam 2023. I started late, and got the basics of a smooth-scrolling EGA platformer engine working.

As this is a DOS game, you will need to run this in some form of DOS. For convenience, I recommend running this game in DOSBox-X, available here: https://dosbox-x.com/

Due to a lack of a key optimisation when rendering the map, you will probably want at least a 100 MHz CPU to run this. When I revisit this engine, I'll do the necessary optimisations.
